Eligibility
- ▸ Must have achieved excellence during active career
- ▸ Must continue to contribute to the promotion of sports after retirement from active sports
- ▸ Retired from active sports career

- ✓ Cash prize of ₹10 lakh
- ✓ Statue, certificate, and ceremonial dress

- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
