Eligibility
- ▸ Retired sportspersons.
- ▸ Should have contributed to the promotion of sports in individual capacity.
Benefits
- ✓ Cash prize of ₹10 lakh.
- ✓ A statuette and a certificate.

- ▪ Aadhaar card
- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
