Eligibility
- ▸ Former champion athletes (State/National medalists)
- ▸ Minimum age of 25 years preferred
Benefits
- ✓ Grant of ₹5,00,000 for equipment and recurring costs
- ✓ Honorarium for the coach/ex-athlete
- ✓ Support for maintaining small-scale sports infrastructure

- ▪ Aadhaar card
- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
