Eligibility
- ▸ Athletes must be within the age group of 14-25 years (relaxable for exceptional talent)
- ▸ Must have secured a medal at National level or participated in International competitions
- ▸ Selection is based on merit, performance trials, and battery of physical tests
Benefits

- ✓ Free boarding and lodging (estimated at ₹3 lakhs per annum value)
- ✓ Sports kit, competition exposure, and medical insurance
- ✓ Stipend of ₹1.2 lakhs per annum for miscellaneous expenses
