Eligibility
- ▸ Age between 10 to 18 years
- ▸ Performance in state/national level competitions
- ▸ Successful clearance of battery of tests during selection trials
Benefits
- ✓ Residential athletes: Free boarding/lodging, sports kit, and insurance
- ✓ Non-residential athletes: Stipend of Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 9,000 per annum
- ✓ Exposure to regional and national level competitions
Documents required
- ▪ Aadhaar card
- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
