Jade Louise Jones (born 21 March 1993) is a Welsh former taekwondo athlete, who is now competing as a boxer. As a taekwondo competitor in the 57 kg category, she is a two-time Olympic gold medallist (2012, 2016), a one-time world champion (2019), and a three-time European champion (2016, 2018, 2021). Jones also won two gold medals at the European Games and ten gold medals in World Grand Prix events.
