Marilyn Corson

Marilyn Corson (born June 6, 1950), later known by her married name Marilyn Whitney, is a Canadian former competitive swimmer and 1968 Olympic Bronze medalist who swam for Michigan State and competed for Canada in both the 1968 and 1972 Summer Olympics. She later worked as an interior designer with her own company, and after obtaining a Doctorate worked as a professor of Art and Design at Savannah College of Art and Design and Adrian College in Michigan. Corson was born on June 6, 1950, in Parry Sound, Ontario to Bruce Corson Sr.
