Medina Eisa Kumanda (born 17 October 2002) is an Ethiopian long-distance runner. She won the gold medal over 5000 metres at the 2023 African Games. Initially thought to have been born on 3 January 2005, she won the gold medal in the 5000 metres at the 2022 and 2024 World Under-20 Championships and silver in the junior women's race at the 2023 World Cross Country Championships.
