Monthly pension to sportspersons who have brought laurels to the state/country but are in financial need.
Eligibility
- ▸ Resident of Goa for 15 years
- ▸ Represented the state/country in recognized competitions
- ▸ Income below the prescribed limit (indigent)
Benefits
- ✓ Monthly pension of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000
Documents required
- ▪ Aadhaar card
- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
