- ▸ Medalists in recognized International or Senior National competitions

- ✓ Monthly pension of ₹5,000

- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
