Eligibility
- ▸ Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir
- ▸ Age 40 years or older
- ▸ Won medals in Olympics, Asian Games, or Commonwealth Games
Benefits
- ✓ Monthly pension of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 depending on medal
- ✓ One-time medical assistance in case of critical illness
- ✓ Reservation in government jobs for medalists

- ▪ Aadhaar card
- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
