Eligibility
- ▸ Former champion athletes (State/National medalists) can apply to run centers
- ▸ Aspiring athletes from the local district
Benefits
- ✓ Grant of ₹5,00,000 per year per discipline for recurring expenses
- ✓ Onetime grant of ₹5,00,000 for equipment
- ✓ Direct income/remuneration for former athletes as coaches
Documents required
- ▪ Aadhaar card
- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
