Overview
Provides monthly pension and one-time grants to former athletes who have represented Assam and India and are in indigent circumstances.
Eligibility
- ▸ Must be a resident of Assam
- ▸ Minimum age of 60 years for pension
- ▸ Medalists in recognized National/International competitions
Benefits
- ✓ Monthly pension of ₹10,000
- ✓ One-time financial assistance of up to ₹50,000 for medical or emergency needs

- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
