Eligibility
- ▸ Resident of Uttar Pradesh
- ▸ Age 40 years or above
- ▸ Must have participated in recognized National or International competitions
- ▸ Annual income below defined poverty limits
Benefits
- ✓ Monthly pension of ₹4,000 to ₹6,000 depending on category
- ✓ Priority in state health facilities

- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
