It is not the same institution as Bihar Sports University, Rajgir, a separate degree-granting body on the same campus.

  1. You cannot submit an open application. Places are filled by induction decided by the state centre together with SAI.
  2. The Khelo India list states it verbatim: “Induction of athletes in various KISCEs is under process. Indiution/weeding out of athletes is round-the-year activity for all KISCEs.” (spelling as printed in the PDF.)
  3. No application channel, trial date, fee or contact is published for any KISCE — so we publish none.
