About the academy
Madhya Pradesh's elite rifle, pistol and shotgun centre producing Olympians. Since 2007, MP State Shooting Academy has operated from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, building a structured pathway from grassroots talent identification through to senior elite competition. The academy is khelo india accredited academy and runs both residential and day-scholar programmes for ages 8–21 years.

Admissions
Trials are held in March & September for age-group categories. Shortlisted candidates undergo a 3-day assessment covering physical testing, sport-specific skills and an interview with the head coach. Scholarships are awarded on merit to athletes with state or national-level results.
