Status and counts as published in Khelo India — List of KISCEs (PDF).

Sourcing caveat: Chhatrasal Stadium is a Delhi government venue and Delhi's Khelo India State Centre of Excellence. The famous wrestling akhara on that campus has NO official source naming an operating academy with a published enrolment route — no intake, no trial, no contact, no fee. We keep the page because the venue and the KISCE designation are real, but nobody should travel here expecting to enrol at an academy: check with the Delhi sports department first.

No fee applies.

This is a government-funded centre. Selected athletes are not charged a training fee — boarding, lodging, coaching, diet and sports-science support are provided by the scheme. No fee schedule is published because none applies.

Getting in, not paying, is the barrier here: see the admission process below.

Age limit

Not published.

No official source states an age eligibility range for this academy. Ask the academy directly: its official website (https://delhi.gov.in).

Contact

Phone: not published by the academy or its parent body.

Admission process

You cannot submit an open application. Places are filled by induction decided by the state centre together with SAI.
The Khelo India list states it verbatim: “Induction of athletes in various KISCEs is under process. Indiution/weeding out of athletes is round-the-year activity for all KISCEs.” (spelling as printed in the PDF.)
No application channel, trial date, fee or contact is published for any KISCE — so we publish none.
