Standard Style (Pro Kabaddi) and Circle Style
Players
7 per side on the mat; up to 5 substitutes
Duration
40 minutes (two 20-minute halves) with a 5-minute break
Scoring
Raider scores touch points; defenders score tackle points; bonus and all-out points apply
Key rules
- A raider must cross the baulk line and return to their half while continuously chanting 'kabaddi'.
- A defender is out if touched by the raider, and the raider is out if tackled before returning.
- An 'all-out' awards 2 bonus points and revives the opposing team.
