Eligibility
- ▸ Must be an educational institution in India
- ▸ Criteria include 1 PT teacher, 1 playground, and daily physical activity for all students
Benefits
- ✓ Fit India Flag and Certificate issued based on self-declaration
- ✓ Higher star ratings (3st/5star) based on advanced infrastructure
- ✓ Permission to use Fit India Logo in school branding
Documents required
- ▪ Aadhaar card
- ▪ Proof of age (birth certificate / school certificate)
- ▪ Domicile / residence proof
- ▪ Recent passport-size photograph
- ▪ Sports achievement certificates (state / national)
- ▪ Bank account details (passbook copy)
- ▪ Coach / academy recommendation letter (if applicable)
- ▪ Medical fitness certificate
