Note: Erstwhile Indian Institute of Sports Sciences and Research (IISSR). Six universities and four medical colleges were selected in the first phase; students apply to those institutions, not to the Ministry.
Eligibility
- ▸ Institutional scheme — universities and medical colleges are selected by the Department of Sports
- ▸ Students apply directly to the selected universities/medical colleges for the sports science and sports medicine courses
