Panchayat Yuva Krida Aur Khel Abhiyan (PYKKA) was replaced by Rajiv Gandhi Khel Abhiyan with effect from 1 April 2014, and that in turn was subsumed into Khelo India. The scheme is closed; the ministry page retains its notifications for reference. Current applicants should look at Khelo India Scheme.
